The Agile Within

Vadim Arefiev is a Senior Agile Coach and Agile Advocate with over 17 years of experience. He holds multiple credentials and certifications in Agile, Scrum, LeSS, and SAFe, enabling him to provide effective coaching, mentoring, and training across various roles and levels within the organization.

His contributions include presenting and training administrative staff on the Metrics That Matter for six ARTs, developing and delivering personal assessments for Agile Coaches, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Managers, as well as initiating Mindset Coaching Training for Agile Coaches. He also established an Agile Study Cohort for both beginners and experienced professionals and actively supports teams in removing impediments to ensure the successful achievement of sprint goals and deliverables.
